Security is a foundational part of the Quikit platform.
Quikit is operated by MoreYeahs IT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We maintain administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect customer information and support the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of our services.
This page provides an overview of our security approach. Specific controls may vary by product, plan, configuration, hosting environment, and customer agreement.
Our Security Principles
Our security program is guided by the following principles:
- Protect customer information throughout its lifecycle.
- Limit access according to business need.
- Separate customer environments logically.
- Build security into product development.
- Monitor systems for suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to potential incidents.
- Maintain transparency about our security practices.
- Provide customers with controls to manage their users and data.
Platform Architecture
Quikit uses a connected, multi-tenant platform architecture in which products share common platform services while customer environments remain logically separated.
Shared platform services may include:
- Authentication.
- Authorization.
- User and role management.
- Workflow execution.
- Notifications.
- File storage.
- Search.
- Audit logging.
- API management.
- AI orchestration.
Logical access controls are designed to prevent one customer from accessing another customer’s information.

Quikit provides identity and access-management capabilities designed to restrict access to authorized users.
Depending on the product and subscription plan, available controls may include:
- Individual user accounts.
- Role-based access control.

Customers are responsible for configuring permissions appropriately and removing access when a user no longer requires it.
Encryption
Quikit uses encryption designed to protect information during transmission and storage.
This may include:
- Transport Layer Security for data transmitted between users and Quikit.
- Encryption of stored customer information where supported by the underlying infrastructure.
- Secure handling of passwords and authentication credentials.
- Protected storage of integration credentials and tokens.
- Controlled management of encryption keys.
Customers should use supported browsers, protect their devices, and avoid transmitting sensitive information through unsecured channels.

Access to Customer Content is restricted according to:
- Organization membership.
- User role.
- Workspace permissions.
- Record-level or product-level permissions where supported.
